About Me

My photo
Timothy Patrick Dore
Baltimore, Maryland, United States
Franciscan Friar (OFM Conv.), since ‘84. In ‘92 ordained priest in home town, Baltimore, MD. For 17 years (two non-consecutive terms between ‘92 & ‘14), at Most Holy Trinity-St. Mary in B’klyn, NY. My Franciscan and priestly identities were greatly “formed” during years in B’klyn! Parochial-vicar in Jonesboro, GA, and Chicopee, MA. In Aug. of ‘14, began a year-long term as Pastor at Assumption in Syracuse, NY. Years earlier, also taught youths in schools in Athol Springs, NY (‘87-‘88), San Jose, Costa Rica (‘98-‘01), and in Baltimore, MD (‘01-‘03). Later, in the Archdiocese of Baltimore (‘15-‘18), simultaneously Pastor of two Parishes, St. Ann and St. Wenceslaus, Baltimore City, MD. Then later became Pastor of St. Michael the Archangel, Annunciation, and St. Clement Mary Hofbauer, a three parish “Pastorate” in Baltimore County, MD (‘18-‘22). Now stationed at the Shrine of St. Anthony, Ellicott City, MD, and there one of the friars in the community of the Friary of St. Joseph Cupertino. These days, time divided as a friar-chaplain at St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Catonsville, as well as at the Shrine of St. Anthony.
